REGISTRATION FEE
If want to participate in the conference, publish and send conference materials you must registration fee till 1 October 2011:
250 UAH. – participation in the conference and publication theses of reports
200 UAH. – remote participation with publication and sending collection theses of reports to the author
450 UAH. (the equivalent of $ 50. U.S.) – for scientists from CIS countries
900 UAH. (the equivalent of $ 100. U.S.) – for scientists from other countries
45 UAH. for 1 page – publication of scientific articles up to 6-10 pages
RULES OF REPRESENTATION AND execution OF THESES
1. Only not previously published scientific works will be admitted.
2. Materials must be submitted in Ukrainian (for citizens of Ukraine), English, Polish or Russian for foreign participants.
3. Materials should be prepared with MS Word. On a sheet of A4. Font Times New Roman, font size – 11, the interval – 1,1. Margins: top – 2,0 cm, bottom – 2,7 cm, left – 1,8 cm, right – 2,5 cm.
4. Volume of theses: 1 or 2 complete pages including drawings and tables. Quantity of authors – no more than three.
5. The general scheme of the theses:
- first line – the initials and surname of the author and collaborators (up to 2 co-authors, half bold font, 11, right);
- following line – the name of the organization (ordinary font, 11, right);
- Through 1 interval – the name of theses with capital letters (half bold font., 14, center);
- through 1 interval mark ©, initials and last name, year separated by comma (italic, 11, right);
- through 1 interval main text of theses.
6. Usage of illustrative material in the theses should be minimal. All figures should be grouped as a single object.
7. Reference should be numbered according to order of mentioning in the text. Links to the sources and page should be submitted in brackets. References which are given at the end of theses should be in accordance with specified requirements.
Theses that do not meet requirements and are not submitted on time – not considered. Confirmation about reception of theses publication will be reported to you by e-mail.
